The next morning they came out on time (9:00 am) and Jay the technician politely told me that it was unable to be fixed and that it would have to be repaired. True Blue contacted me back and scheduled an appointment 2 days later and again, arrived at my place on time. Jay was polite and replaced my windshield perfectly.”
