We are so fortunate to have great customers who take the time to share feedback with us and the online community. Earlier this week, I received an email from a customer and I just had to share it here. Thanks for Larry and all of our customers! Good Evening Scott Miller,

My experience with True Blue Auto Glass was very positive.

From first contact {found you on the Internet} to the replacement of the damaged –

cracked windshield on my Cadillac SRX…everything went smoothly!

Note: My insurance deductible, surprisingly, was more than the

windshield replacement cost.

My insurance agent recommended a national competitor. I called them and found that

they would replace the glass at my office/residence for an EXTRA charge!

Interestingly, they continually have TV ads bragging about how they will bend over backwards to go to a person’s location, call with a specific time,etc, – Etc. – ETC!

BUT…they NEVER indicate there is an Extra Charge to do so. As a percentage of the total cost, with them, the extra charge was significant! They had the second lowest, to True Blue Glass, windshield, glass, cost.

I also contacted a local competitor in the Lansdale, Pa area. They would come to me for an Extra Charge – – – – I could drop the car off for a day OR go to them and wait – “three (3) hours”. ALL very inconvenient.

Their windshield, the glass, price was the highest.

True Blue Glass had the lowest windshield, the glass, price; No Extra Cost to come to me;

and were easy to get an appointment on my schedule. That was very important to me

because I am a business consultant {my own Company} and I often have to travel with in

short time periods. Two gentlemen arrived to replace the glass, as scheduled. They were professional,

knowledgeable, well organized and very respectful of my SRX and property.

They explained the PA Re-inspection {new inspection sticker} process and completed the work quickly.

What’s not to like???/!

I have mentioned my positive experience to several friends and neighbors.
